This means the product preparation cycle is slightly longer, and items will only be shipped to customers once this process is fully completed.

The specific function of each product (e.g., attracting wealth, protecting the home, boosting career success, enhancing personal relationships, etc.) is clearly listed on its product detail page. These items are suitable for placement in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, and other spaces—there’s no restriction on who can use them. They’re especially ideal for anyone seeking feng shui support or looking to elevate their living/working environment.
What’s the delivery timeframe for overseas orders? Which countries/regions do you ship to?
Due to the need for consecration ceremonies and over three days of energy infusion/activation, the overall product preparation process takes additional time—this impacts delivery timelines. Delivery windows vary by region: 15–20 business days for North America, and 18–24 business days for Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We ship to major countries/regions worldwide (including the U.S., Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Australia, etc.). Remote areas may require an extra 3–5 business days. If you opt for in-depth consecration by senior Taoist priests, an additional 3 business days will be needed.
If I’m not satisfied with the product after purchase, do you accept returns or refunds? What’s the process and policy?
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please share your feedback with us—it helps us improve our services. Returns and refunds will only be approved if ALL of the following conditions are met:
Important Note: Most of our products are handcrafted. Minor imperfections unique to handcrafted items (such as slight hand-finishing marks, minimal variations in material texture, or millimeter-level size deviations) are normal and do not qualify as quality issues. These cases are not eligible for return. If you still choose to return the item despite this, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If the returned item fails to meet the above policy requirements, it will be sent back to you. Refund Process: Before returning, please email us at syraeastern@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, follow the customer service team’s instructions to ship the item back. After we receive and verify the item meets return conditions, you will receive a refund via your original payment method within 14 business days.
- The item must remain in its original condition (no signs of use, intact packaging, and all accessories included);
- We must receive your notification of intent to return within 48 hours of delivery;
- We must receive the returned item within 12 days of the delivery date;
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to the return, as well as ensuring the item is safely shipped back. We recommend using secure packaging and purchasing shipping insurance as a basic precaution.

Do you offer customization for feng shui accessories (e.g., engraving, selecting specific materials)?
Customization is available for select products (e.g., personalized engraving, designated natural stones, customized exclusive sizes). The customization cycle is 15–25 business days (this does not include time for consecration and energy infusion, which requires an additional 3+ days of preparation). Please contact customer service in advance to confirm your customization needs, craftsmanship feasibility, and additional costs (customization fees are calculated based on the complexity of your requirements). Due to their personalized nature, customized products do not qualify for unconditional returns/refunds and are not covered by the warranty.
Which payment methods are supported for overseas purchases? Will there be currency conversion fees?
We support major overseas payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. During checkout, the system will automatically convert the order amount to your local currency (as displayed on the payment page). Currency conversion fees are charged by your payment bank—we do not add any extra conversion or service fees.

- Damage caused by improper use (e.g., wearing during strenuous exercise, intentional pulling), accidental impacts, drops, or external force;
- Normal wear and tear from long-term use (e.g., natural oxidation of metal surfaces, minor scratches on stone surfaces);
- Material deterioration or damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, high temperatures, or humidity;
- Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product;
- Normal minor imperfections unique to handcrafted items (as noted earlier).
