At Syra Sage, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and warranty guidelines below:
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned goods.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty
We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
